Object Office is a design-led architecture practice based in Mount Maunganui. The studio is focused on meaningful and timeless design outcomes that respond thoughtfully to People and Place.

We believe good design is both beautiful and functional. We approach all projects with the same optimism, listening carefully to clients needs, identifying opportunities, and obtaining a broad understanding of site and context. Ultimately we aim to design spaces people love.

We work across a diverse range of projects, of all scales and budgets, including private residences, renovations, commercial developments, and interiors. We are experienced at guiding our clients through all phases of the process, including design, costing, contractor engagement, and onsite observation.

If you have a project in mind and you're keen to learn more, find us on the mezzanine above our friends at Wildflour. Drop in for a chat - coffee's on us.
